Thank you for this year – A year of development and innovation
What a year it has been! We at the School of Service want to thank you for a great 2024 and share some of the highlights, as well as give a glimpse of what lies ahead in 2025.
The resumption of the School of service
After the pandemic, we refocused on what we love, strengthening the frontline and the leaders who drive it. Our work has continued to create training and development that really makes a difference - both in the everyday life of the individual and the organization.
During the year, we have developed new methods and digital aids that make learning more efficient. Among other things, we have launched inspiring training programs for both the front line and its leaders, as well as developed digital training courses in our ServiceHub App. Here you will find ready-made courses and tools that can be easily adapted to the company's specific needs.
We know that moving content is better received than text by many on the front lines. That's why we use smart solutions such as text-to-voice, text-to-avatar and multilingual AI tools. These tools are not only fast and cost-effective – they can also be adapted to company branding and make it easy to reach out in several languages at the same time.
