Poké is a seasoned raw fish dish that originates from Hawaii. It has its influence from Japan and is best described as sushi salad.
At Hawaii Poké we source the highest-quality and most sustainable raw fish we can find. This is the same philosophy we use for all our products, from our Swedish chicken and local organic tofu to our recyclable packaging options, organic kombucha and homemade teas.
What makes our poké so special, we ensure our poke mirrors the authentic flavors of hawaii due to our marination method. By pre-marinating our sushi grade fish, we’re guaranteeing you a mouthful of flavor in every bite.
