SET UP FOLKPARKEN RESTAURANT

  • INSPECT RESTAURANT AND MAKE SURE FLOORS, CHAIRS, BENCHES AND TABLES ARE CLEAN, CHAIRS AND BENCHES ARE PUSHED IN.
  • FILL UP TOOTHPICK, NAPKINS, WET-NAPKINS, SILVERWARE AND INSPECT SALT AND PEPPER, FILL IF NEEDED
  • BREW FRESH COFFEE
  • IF MENUS ARE NOT ON TABLE, SET OUT MENUES SWEDISH SIDE UP
  • INSPECT TABLES AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE SET-UP EXACTLY AS THE PHOTOS BELOW. SILVERWARE SHOULD FACE THE FRONT OF THE TABLE, WET NAPKINS IN FRONT OF THE BOX, SALT AND PEPPAR TO THE SIDE. NAPKINS SHOULD GO INTO THE BOX LOGO SIDE DOWN.
  • INSPECT BATHROOMS, MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN AND FILLED WITH PAPER
  • CLEAN ANY DEBRIS OR CIGARETTE BUTTS OUTSIDE FRONT DOORS
  • SET UP MADONNA WITH WHITE WINES AND BUBBLES
  • CHECK TO SEE IF ANY RED WINES NEED RESTOCKING
  • BRING OUT ANY CLEAN DISHES FROM THE DISHROOM
  • MEET WITH HOVMASTER, KITCHEN, AND BAR FOR NIGHTS BRIEF.
